Jim Remley is one of the co-founders of the Luxury Home Council, he is a real estate veteran and a proven leader in the field of selling. Starting at the age of 19 Jim began a spec
tacular rise as a young superstar at the age of 23 Jim opened his first Real Estate company. Using an aggressive training program he led his company All State Real Estate to become a local leader in his community. Today the company is now one of the largest independent real estate firms in Oregon with seventeen branches and growing.
As a recognized leader in the field of selling skills development Jim has become a sought after expert. He is the author of two bestselling books - Make Millions Selling Real Estate and Real Estate Presentations that Make Millions as well as the prestigious Accredited Luxury Home Specialist Designation (ALHS). Jim is also a contributor to two e-mail newsletters Realty Times and Broker Agent News .

About The Course Provider
In the early 1990's six prominent regional real estate schools started working together on a
formal basis by sharing ideas and cooperating to provide their students better real estate education and training services. In 1995 Inner Circle Education (ICE), Inc. was formed and by 1998 the synergy was so valuable that participation was opened up to include a few other real estate schools.
In 2001, ICE changed its name to RealtyU® and in 2002 it was decided under new leadership to expand the network nationwide with the addition of carefully selected, ethical and experienced real estate schools and in 2004 numerous additional real estate education initiatives were added to broaden the service offerings.
